2-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Mackinnon pde

I am looking for a friendly, responsible non-smoking female to share my house. I have double bedroom available in a two-bedroom cottage in North Adelaide opposite the parklands. This is not a "student house" but a share house situation, the other occupant being me (The Owner). The house consists of two bedrooms, two separate living areas, a shared bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and a lovely private back yard.
The bedroom is at the front of the cottage and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp and a set of drawers. There are also laundry facilities available.
The room has been advertised on a short-term periodic basis as I have plans to renovate. The time taken for the planning/design/find a builder process is uncertain and therefore I can only guarantee an initial 4-month tenancy, but it could well be extended to 6months or longer.
There is a resident cat so you would need to like cats!
I am an easy going, sociable, retired female who enjoys hiking, theatre, travel and spending time with family and friends. I lead a busy life and am out a lot but when I am at home, I value positive, respectful communication.
I am happy to look after the garden but keeping the shared living areas clean is essential and this responsibility is to be shared between both residents. There is no off-street parking and only 3-hour time limited parking in front of the house. However, there are buses from the stop 3 mins walk away which travel down both King William St and Frome Road and the Free Connector bus is a 5 mins walk away. It is about a twenty-minute walk through the parklands to North Tce .
Currently there is no WI Fi available as I use my mobile data for my needs, but you can purchase it if you choose. Electricity, Gas and Water bills are shared equally. Environmental sustainability and recycling is important to me and I am looking for someone with a similar mindset.
