- City campus is 7 minutes walk to bus stop, 12-15 minutes to city on a bus with regular 15 minute timetable;
- Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre are 20 minutes by bus;
- Supermarket and restaurants/cafes 7 minutes walk;
- Unley, Burnside and Mitcham Shopping Centres are 10 minutes by bus;
- Central market is 15 minutes to city.

Generous furnished bedroom with a single bed, double wardrobe, desk, and ceiling fan. Ducted airconditioning. Bed and bathroom linen supplied, if required.

The house features open plan family and dining areas with ducted air conditioning, kitchen, a formal lounge and dining area, laundry, 2 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, and a private rear courtyard. Shared - kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry facilities.

This is an owner-occupier house. I am a retired Christian lady, and have a gentle 14 year old cat. I am tidy, friendly, and respectful of other people’s space and seek a similar female student.
