The studio is detached from the house. It is currently configured as a storage room, video production or creative studio (can be altered to suit tenant). Shared bathroom and kitchen with other tenants and owner. Very pleasant garden and neighbourhood, close to a Coles Local supermarket. 10-15 minutes from the university facilities by bus/tram. Bus runs every 15 minutes. Tenants may be responsible for the garden if the owner is away for extended periods.
