3-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Marleston Ave

Looking for the right person to take over remainder of the lease until 18/02/2026.

We are in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Ashford that was only completed in February (we are the first occupants), so the place is pretty much still brand new. It's a great location just outside the CBD, with great access to bus stops and train stations, and just a 5 minute drive to Coles.

The available bedroom is unfurnished and comes with a built-in robe. The bathroom will be shared with one other housemate, and you’ll also have a parking spot in the garage. The rest of the house is fully furnished. A washer/dryer is available, and there’s an outdoor space with a garden out the back.

Bills are not included and are split evenly

You’ll be living with two females (20 and 21), who are both high-level athletes with regular training commitments in the mornings and afternoons, as well as studying at university. They keep busy with training and study, so they’re often in and out of the house.

Just looking for someone who is easygoing and willing to chip in with house chores.

This is a smoke-free and vape-free home, and it’s not a party house.
