2-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Esmond Street

I am a retired female educator and have a long history of successfully sharing my home with people from other counties and across Australia. Two of my adult children were exchange students and during that time I hosted students from other countries.
My home is peaceful, relaxed and quiet. I love my garden, and most days spend time in it.

I also enjoy walking in the gardens, parks and trails in the Conservation Parks nearby.
I have an indoor cat who is very loving so anyone sharing my home must also love cats.

As a result of having graduate and postgraduate students live with me and I regularly see those who have chosen to stay in Adelaide.
Last year when visiting Chile for the third time I was able to spend time with another postgraduate student who shared my home while at University of Adelaide. I love hearing about their lives and achievements since living with me.

I'm always happy to have daily conversations with those sharing my home and they have felt comfortable to ask questions.
I am also very respectful about their privacy and how much they want to share with me.

The bus stop on King William Road or Unley Road is 3-4 minute's walk.
