The house is fully furnished, and only one room is available. The cost of the room is $210 per week, with many inclusions (see below), and represents excellent value for money.

The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. The house has reverse cycle heating and cooling to all rooms, and a large rear verandah, and carport. For your convenience, 2 large fridges and 2 large freezers are also provided.

Regular weekly cleaning of the common areas, lawn mowing, and yard maintenance services are also included in your rent.

As an added bonus (free of charge), shared consumables are also provided for your convenience, (toilet paper, liquid hand-wash soap, dishwashing liquid and sponges, liquid laundry detergent, paper towels, air freshener, and various other cleaning products). The only expense you will have, other than your rent, is for your food.
