2-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Ormond Avenue

Hey there!

I’m looking for a student to share my cozy home with me and my two adorable cats! The house is spacious, fully furnished, and filled with natural light. Here are some details about the room:

- A brand new queen-size bed
- It’s just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, 30-minute ride to the city, or a quick 15-minute drive
- I prefer a peaceful atmosphere, so no house parties, please
- The rent is $320 per week, which includes all bills (wifi, energy, water, gas)
- Plus, there’s a two-week bonus!
- I’m hoping for someone who is clean and tidy
- You’ll only be sharing the house with me

You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom with both a shower and a tub!
