You only have to pay $200 per person per week for each bedroom.
There is no bond payment involved.
We prefer students who are studying the following courses; medicine, nursing, dentistry, medical science, science, veterinary science, engineering or PhD or Masters in any subjects.

1) spacious bedroom with brand new double bed (brand new double bed frame, brand new mattress, brand new quilt cover, brand new pillows and brand new pillow cases), wardrobe, bookshelf and side table and study table. Pay only $200 per week per person and no other bills (no electricity bill, no gas bill and no water bill). Only pay rent per week $200 per person.

1 bathroom, main bathroom with spa and 1 toilet. Spacious lounge, furnished with leather couches and large dining area with modern kitchen. There is a fridge, washing machine, gas stove provided in the kitchen.

Looking for responsible, trustworthy, honest, reliable, cooperative, teamwork skills, clean, capable and tidy female or male University student.

Previous students have performed well with outstanding results eg. First class honours, Masters and PhD and Bachelor degree. Looking for postgraduate eg. PhD or Masters or undergraduate.

Easy bus transport to in front of Adelaide University. You can take bus 281, 206, 208 to North Tce 5mins to 8mins bus ride off peak. Near bus stop 9 or 10 or 12 on Walkerville tce.

Can also stop near Rundle Mall, Victoria Square near Central Market via city tram.

Close by to Walkerville Woolworths supermarket, 24/7 Anytime fitness gym, cafes and near to Indian and Italian pizza restaurants, bakery and Walkerville library. Near tennis courts and ovals as well.
