Well located around the corner from a supermarket, easy access to town (bus stop less than 5 mins away), cafés and gourmet shops abundant, close to a great gym and pool, is a private room in a town house. You’ll be sharing with an easy going, non-smoking Australian-Brazilian couple. We like an occasional dinner party and board games night, Igor like to play computer games, Jonno like to cook, music, and often works a lot. You’ll effectively have sole access to the main bathroom. Your room comes with a built in wardrobe and queen sized bed. We have a house cleaner that comes once per fortnight and this is included into the rental amount. Washing machine and dryer.
