3-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Jenkins Avenue

The H33 Bus terminus is 70 metres from the house direct to the city North Terrace. There is also another bus about 100 metres at the top of the road which also goes to North Terrace (H30).
The room is spacious and has an airconditioner (reverse cycle), a queen sized bed with an electric blanket, a good desk with drawers, full wall cupboards. The whole area is reasonably quiet and the room has a window to the back garden.
I am involved in education and I have a 19 year old son with me studying Nursing at Adelaide Uni. The last student stayed for two years and has now returned to Townsville so the room is now vacant. I prefer a male but might consider a female.
The student would have access to the living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, garden etc, basically the run of the house.
We are an easy going family with an academic background. I also have businesses across Asia in Thailand, Indonesia, China and Myanmar and my son was born in Thailand. So we have a very international and welcoming perspective. Only requirements are to be tidy, keep reasonable hours and no friends staying overnight. The rent includes room, electricty, water, wifi, toilet paper, laundry liquids. So you just have to cover food costs.
One week bond and 1 week in advance with weekly payments.
