3-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Jenkins Avenue

The rent includes room, electricty, water, wifi, toilet paper, laundry liquids. So you just have to cover food costs.
One week bond and 1 week in advance with weekly payments.

The H33 Bus terminus is 70 metres from the house direct to the city North Terrace. There is also another bus about 100 metres at the top of the road which also goes to North Terrace (H30).

The room is spacious and has an airconditioner (reverse cycle heat and cool), a queen sized bed with an electric blanket, a good desk with drawers, full wall cupboards. The whole area is reasonably quiet and the room has a window to the back garden.

I prefer a male but might consider a female.

The student would have full access to the living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, garden etc, basically the run of the house.

We are an easy going family with an academic background and we have a very international and welcoming perspective. Only requirements are to be tidy, keep reasonable hours and no friends staying overnight.
