A friendly home that's quiet respectful and clean, only 5 minutes walk to the shops.

Close to public transport best suited for Adelaide CBD based Uni’s however Flinders Uni is also accessible by public transport

Prefer a male because the bathroom to be shared is used by 2 males.

The home is separated into 2 parts so the part where available room is has 3 bedrooms with 3 cats and 2 males. The back part, has 1 older female and the occasional visitors and is quite separate.

Offering reduced lodging cost for short term till the 29th June 2025. 2 Months (please note the system would only had 12 or 6 months to choose from)
Only $170 per week.
Bond and 2 weeks in advance required, rent to be paid fortnightly.

The whole 3 rooms will become available as of the 1st July you can reapply for this if you wish the cost of rent will be different.

Bedroom furniture wardrobe, draws, desk, lamp and single bed. Need to bring your own bedding.

Small amount of storage space in common area.
