Price: $190/week

This price includes all bills (water, electricity, gas) and internet cost, but excludes air conditioning fee. The tenant needs to pay extra electricity cost based on the actual usage (separate meter reading) if she uses the air conditioner in the room.

Minimum stay: 6 months

HOUSEMATES:
House is to be shared with a Chinese female landlord and three female Asian Students.

The area of the room is about 10 m^2. Fully furnished with a king single size bed, one study desk and chair, a big book shelf, a three-door wardrobe, a bedside table and a floor electrical fan. There is newly installed air conditioner in the room.

HOUSE:
Has one lounge room, kitchen with gas cooking, dining room, laundry, two bathrooms/toilets, ADSL2+ internet unlimited, two big fridge (420L), washing Machine, microwave, toaster.

Quiet neighbors. Garden work and cleaning are maintained by landlord.

TRANSPORT and SHOPPING:
Bus stop is just in front of the house (W90 or W91, No. 13), 20 minutes to City (China town) and directly to Adelaide and SA University. 3 minutes walking to Cross Road can catch bus 100 or 100K (Stop No. 176) to Wait Campus; 20 minutes walking to South Road to catch bus 719 or 720 or 721 OR to Goodwood Road to catch bus G10 or G20 or G40 (No. 9) to Flinders University.

Walking distance to Cumberland Park Shopping Centre (Big W, Woolworth etc). Close to Castle Plaza (4 stops) (Food land, Coles, Target, Post Office, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster etc. ).
