2-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Hampton Street South

Hello and welcome to Adelaide. I am seeking a person to share my two bedroom, Victorian era, stone cottage in Goodwood. It is located very close to the main shopping strip, with tram, train and bus all very nearby.
The house is fully furnished with a large back yard and all bills are included in the rent. It is a comfortable, functional and cosy home. The front bedroom is vacant with a double bed, desk and any other furnishings you may need.
I am a mature, well educated and traveled man with many interests and hope to find a mature, sensible, house trained and reliable tenant to share my home. I am a relaxed and adaptable bloke, able to give space and trust and expect the same in return.
I am an analogue man and enjoy books, vinyl and bicycles. Included in the rent is the free use of a choice of several varied models of bicycles, an interesting library and a diverse musical range.
The best thing to do is call and have a chat, since talk is cheap, and I will happily fill in the blanks and find out about you.
I include no photos, since I wish not to display my home, apart from my gum tree from the rear yard.
