Quiet area, close to beach and Glenelg precinct. 5minute walk to tram line to Glenelg and City and numerous bus routes. Easy access to city university campus via direct tram (20 minutes).
Rental includes electricity and water expenses but not internet and food.
Ideally would suit single student. No pets. No smoking.
