One tenant who wish to rent the bedroom only pays rent $200 per person per week for a furnished bedroom and no other bills and no bonds.

Owners pay electricity, water and gas usage and internet (Telstra internet), internet installed in the whole house. You can also have your own internet on your mobile if you wish.

Students can walk or take a bus or ride a bicycle to the Adelaide University. The bus ride is only 6min to 8min off peak to Adelaide University, city, Rundle Mall or China town.
Location is near Woolworths supermarket, Walkerville and Coles St Peters and St Peters Bakery, and other takeaway shops eg. Pizza takeaway, Fish and chips/chicken shop, Indian restaurant, Vietnamese bakery and Uncle Wong's Chinese restaurant in St Peters (near bus stop 8 or 9 on Sixth Ave)

Prefer non-smoker and no pets. Prefer male post graduate or undergraduate student who is international student, exchange student, regional or interstate student who is trustworthy, has teamwork skills, responsible, reliable, cooperative, helpful, clean and tidy.

The room is currently available from 6th November 2024 for students to stay.

You can also take a 6-8 min off peak bus ride. Buses available (281, 208, 206, W90, W91) Bus stop 8 or 9 on Sixth Ave in St Peters (walking distance for a few minutes only from Tenth Ave) for W90 and W91. Bus stop 9 on Walkerville tce for bus 281, 208, 208B. To return home you can walk, jog, ride a bike or take a bus ride. All bus stops are available on North Tce close to University of Adelaide, Chinatown or Hilton Hotel. The bus can take you to the University, city, Rundle Mall, Central Market and Chinatown. Tram line is also available and tram is for free.

The spacious bedroom for $200 is furnished with a single bed, a long study desk, 1x bookcase, study chair, study light, filing cabinet, 1x wardrobe, 1x pantry cupboard with shelves (to place your own cutlery/utensils), shoe rack

Previous students have graduated successfully with PhD scholarships, Masters degree, Honors degree and home is located in a conducive area to study.

In the kitchen, there is a big fridge, gas stove, microwave and electric kettle, pantry with clean utensils. In the laundry there is a Bosch laundry washing machine.

There is a bathroom with a face basin and with 2 separate toilets available for tenants in the household. There is a dining area with a long dining table and chairs. There is also a printer.

There are ATMs located at local supermarkets. There is a service station with a convenience shop less than 1 min walking distance for coffee or petrol. Anytime fitness 24/7 gym, banks, restaurants, local St Peters library with free wifi and free hot coffee/hot chocolate drinks. Closeby to Walkerville council library on Stephen tce as well.
