We have a bright, clean room with double bed in a well-equipped modern flat in CBD, available to share with an electrical worker in his 30s, and the owner, an older postgrad student, one night (usually) a week. Room is fully furnished with queen sized bed, extensive built ins, desk, shelves and extra cupboard and heater. Flat is air conditioned and well-insulated.

Hurtle Square, a nice green park, is on Pulteney Street, under 20 minutes' walk to Adelaide Uni. There is a FREE bus going past direct to Uni; short walk to tram to Rundle Mall. The flat is on the second level above the ground. There is a security gate at the back. The flat is in a large established block, very quiet.

There are brilliant VIEWS from both sides (no pokey back streets! ), including from the bedroom for rent, and towards Adelaide hills. Balcony back and front. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and outdoor hanging space.

Overseas or local student welcome - longer stay preferred...

This would suit a quiet, independent and reliable person looking for accommodation for 6 months or longer. Long-term arrangement possible.

Bills are extra but modest. Provide your own internet.

We are seeking an honest, clean, tidy, and helpful person. No heavy drinking, drugs or smoking, thanks. But your friends are always welcome, two at a time. Sorry, no parties!
