House is to be shared with a Chinese female landlord and two female Asian Students.

The room is delightful and quite large (16m^2) with pleasant window view. Fully furnished with queen size bed, two big desks and chairs, a big book shelf, a large built-in wardrobe to the ceiling, dressing table with mirror, bedside table and electrical fan. There is newly installed Panasonic air conditioner in the room.

HOUSE:
Has one lounge room, kitchen with gas cooking, dining room, laundry, two bathrooms/toilets, ADSL2+ internet unlimited, two big fridge (420L), washing Machine, microwave, dish washers, toaster, mini-oven, beautiful garden.

Quiet neighbors. Garden work and cleaning are maintained by landlord.

TRANSPORT and SHOPPING:
Bus stop is just in front of the house (W90 or W91, No. 13), 20 minutes to City (China town) and directly to Adelaide and SA University. 3 minutes walking to Cross Road can catch bus 100 or 100K (Stop No. 176) to Wait Campus; 20 minutes walking to South Road to catch bus 719 or 720 or 721 OR to Goodwood Road to catch bus G10 or G20 or G40 (No. 9) to Flinders University.
