2-bedroom house / townhouse, Huntriss street

A large house, currently vacant. Looking for two friends or couple to contact me. Sorry no parties, alcohol or substance. I live next door. I am available to support new students to Adelaide. Residents will need to cook and clean the house. I have the lawn mowed regularly. The house has a large fridge, washing machine, TV room, dishwasher and microwave/oven etc. Walking distance to supermarket including a large Asian supermarket.
