We looking for tenant who is clean/tidy, respectful and pays rent on time. Most of our tenants are students and/or working professionals. Our house is not a party house.

Some of our tenants walk to the Universities/City or ride their bikes.

The property is located in popular Gilberton, Walkerville, which is few metres walk to bus stop 8 and close to shops, cafe/restaurants. From the city, catch Bus No. 271 or 273 and off to bus stop 8 in Northcote Tce Gilberton. We have gated property for our security and privacy.

We got rooms available now for 1 year tenancy.

We got long-term tenants which shows that they are all happy with their housemates, the house and the management. Our current tenants are international students and local Australians. Our lease is in line with the University terms Jan/Feb or June/July.

I am a registered Real Estate Agent/Property Manager but mainly managing our properties. I owned the property but I do not live in the house. I comply to the Residential Tenancy Acts and Regulations and I lodge bonds to the Consumer and Business Services.
