 Bedroom is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, lockable cabinet, electric fan, student desk and chair.

We got security gate/videos in the property. This is not a party house and not suitable to host visitors and sleep over as most of our tenants are working and studying at the same time. We are friendly but our facilities are exclusive to tenants only where they can enjoy the peace and privacy and security of our accommodation.

If you run out of food supplies and you want to do your shopping or do your banking, feeling hungry and you don't want to cook, just step out of the house and across is the Kurralta Shopping Centre. Coles Supermarket is open from 12 AM to 9 PM. Medical doctors just in the corner street. Few metres away from Bus Stop 6 in popular Anzac Hwy with plenty of public transports. Between the City and popular Glenelg Beach. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets.

I owned the property but I do not live in the house. You will enter the Rooming House Tenancy Agreement with me (not with another tenant or Agent). I do care about my tenants and respond immediately when there is something that needs to be fixed.

Our house is not a party house. All our tenants either studying and/or working professional. We are looking for housemates (students and/or working) who are clean, friendly, respectful and pays rent on time. 12 months fixed tenancy.
