4-bedroom shared house / townhouse, White Avenue

There is now a second smaller room available as well $175/week. We are close to Waite institute, and an easy cycle, bus to Adelaide uni & Unisa, and about 40 mins to walk to Nth side of the city. I am a retired teacher, and have been accommodating students for at least 10 years. References can be made available. Presently there is a mid 20's girl in the home with me. We all share domestic duties. The room is fully furnished, as are the big common rooms. The home has been freshly painted , carpeted etc. The gardens are green and established.
