Flat: You will be sharing the flat with 1 PhD student (me). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, a lovely balcony and a large living area. There is no car parking available.
ROOM: The room is fully furnished single bed. However the room is big enough to replace the bed with a king one. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan.
BATHROOM: There is one bathroom which will be shared.
RENT: $200 per week. We pay 2 weeks' rent in advance. Please note that the rent does not include electricity. You will share the electricity bill with the other tenant. The rent includes internet, hot water and water supply charges.
BOND: 4 weeks rent in advance.
MINIMUM PERIOD: 9 months.
I prefer a 9 months minimum stay for my flatmate.
