It is a bedroom with a double bed in a two-bedroom unit, which is next to Parkside Primary School and bus stop 3 &5.
Bus 171or 861or 864 can easily take you to Victoria square and the University of Adelaide's main campus (East, next to UniSA).
I am also a student of Adelaide Uni and stay with my son who is five years old and goes to primary school every weekday.
The rental duration is flexible but at least six weeks. You need to share 35% of the gas, electricity bills, and the internet is 20 bucks per month.
