We have a bright, clean room with double bed available to share with electrical worker and student in the centre of Adelaide, in a bright, very well equipped modern flat. Room is fully furnished with queen sized bed, extensive built ins, desk, shelves and extra cupboard and heater.

Hurtle Square, a nice green park, is on Pulteney Street, just 15 minutes walk from Adelaide Uni. There is a FREE bus going past direct to Uni; short walk to tram to Rundle Mall. The flat is on the second level above the ground. There is a security gate at the back. The flat is in a large established block, very quiet.

There are brilliant VIEWS (no pokey back streets! ) from both sides, including from the bedroom for rent, and towards Adelaide hills. Balcony back and front. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioned.

Overseas or local student welcome - longer stay preferred...

This would suit an independent, reliable person looking for accommodation for 6 months or longer. Long-term arrangement possible.

Bills are extra but modest (you pay 25% of most bills).

We are seeking a clean, tidy, and helpful person. No heavy drinking, drugs or smoking, thanks. But your friends are always welcome in small numbers.

Wi-fi is not provided. Usually costs about $40/month.
