Plenty of on-street parking.
The rent includes your power, water and gas expenses however internet access is managed through the household, rather than by me and occupants pay $15 Aus each per month.
We usually have a mixed household of locals and overseas students. Everyone gets on really well and most people stay until their studies have finished or are continuing their travels, so it’s a stable household. The household speaks English and also Spanish.
