Hurtle Square, a nice green park, is on Pulteney Street, just 15 minutes walk from Adelaide Uni. There is a FREE bus going past direct to Uni; short walk to tram to Rundle Mall. The flat is on the second level above the ground. There is a security gate at the back. The flat is in a large established block, very quiet.

There are brilliant VIEWS (no pokey back streets! ) from both sides, including from the bedroom for rent onto Hurtle Square and towards Adelaide hills. Balcony back and front. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioned.

Overseas or local student welcome - long or short stay...

Bills are extra but modest (you pay 33% of most bills).
