ROOM:
The room is delightful and quite large (20m^2) with Panasonic cooling air conditioner. Fully furnished with queen size bed, two desks and chairs, two bedside tables, build-in large three-level book shelf, two wardrobes and an electrical fan.

RENT:
Price: $220 (single only) per week

This price includes all bills (water, electricity, gas) and internet cost, but excludes air conditioning fee. The tenant needs to pay extra electricity cost based on the actual usage (separate meter reading) if he/she uses the air conditioner in the room.

Deposit: 1 week rental
Minimum stay: 6 months

HOUSEMATES:
House is to be shared with the landlady and two students (one is male, one is female).

Bus stop is just in front of the house (W90 or W91, No. 13), 15 minutes to Marion shopping centre, 20 minutes to City (China town) and directly to Adelaide University and SA University. 3 minutes walking to Cross Road can catch bus 100 or 100K (Stop No. 176) to Waite Campus of Adelaide University; 20 minutes walking to South Road to catch bus 719 or 720 or 721 OR to Goodwood Road to catch bus G10 or G20 or G40 (No. 9) to Flinders University.
