The home is comfortable, with furniture, appliances, wi-fi, undercover parking. The room has built-in robes, desk and a bed.
The male householder, in his 30’s, loves music, being outdoors, and spending time with people who accept that he has an intellectual disability. He is very tidy, is busy every day, either working, volunteering or going to the gym. 
 In exchange for low cost rent, the right person will provide some informal support to the householder, with meal preparation, mentoring, cleaning. As well, your presence in the home will provide added safety and security. Evening meals could be shared, by agreement.

This situation would fit a male who expects to be home most (not all) nights of the week, but still participate in their own work, study or leisure. Seeking a male housemate of similar age, respectful, clean, easy-going but with a mature outlook. Should be reliable, following through on your agreement, and staying in touch when things change.
