Fully furnished room , single bed, new carpets, blinds, desk, clothes hanger 2 chest of drawers large sized and table and bean bag. Street parking. Wi-Fi /internet, and electricity included in rent. Renovated kitchen, use of all facilities. Tree-lined street opposite a reserve. Short term stay or long term no min or max stay. I have shared with many overseas and local students. Ideal study environment very quiet. All bills included. Close to Saints shops/ supermarket 15 minute walk. Genuine applicants only, references preferred. No couples not big enough for a couple as it is a small house. You provide your own linen. Pillows and blankets I can provide.
