Right on the same street as Rundle mall, though not loud enough to hear the street. Right across the road from the University of Adelaide, 7-10 minutes walk to Woolworths and Coles. Highly recommended for students, especially those who are new to the city. Staff are accommodating and do anything to help you settle in and feel at home. If there are any issues, such as plumbing, or light bulb needs changing etc, there is in-house maintenance which usually get your issue resolved the next day.

Listed as $438 per week on their offical website, but my contract is at a special rate of $368 per week (special promotion and rebooker's promotion). I am looking for someone to take over my contract from the 8th of February 2021 to the 12th of July 2021. You will be able to pay the special rate of $368 until the 12th of July and have the option to discuss extending your contract if you wish with reception.
