This is a very clean and comfortable townhouse with plenty of space. The location is excellent being walking distance to Unley shopping centre and many Unley Road cafes and restaurants. It is very close to the city (walking distance) and to city buses. The free tram to the city is only a short walk away.

Share with 2 other tenants. It is a townhouse in a quiet block so I am wanting someone who is clean and quiet on weeknights (we are quiet roughly midnight to 7am on weeknights). Room is available short term or long term to July. Weekly and nightly stays considered. Rent is for single occupancy and does not include bills.

The room is fully furnished with bed, bedside table, clothes rack, storage and desk with desk chair.

The house is fully furnished and fully equipped with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and kitchen appliances. Crockery/cutlery and cookware are also provided. Ducted air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area provides year round comfort. You will share the main bathroom with one other tenant only. There is also a gym space.

Rent does not include a cleaner, so tenants need to keep their living space clean and help with keeping the shared spaces clean each week, or contribute to the cost of a cleaner.
