3-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Sedgeford Road

I have a beautiful 1925 Sandstone Bungalow that is only 4km from the city and 1km to Waite Campus. I am fortunate to live in a much sort after area that is close to regular public transport, shops, restaurants and is very quiet. I have two adjoining rooms that would give you a fully furnished bedroom (with queen bed) and private lounge room with lounge chairs, desk and chair. These rooms have beautiful original polished floor boards and lots of natural light. They are ducted airconditioned and have ceiling fans. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry and yard are shared. I have just planted a wonderful garden with north facing alfresco area for you to relax.
I have a sweet 10 year old Golden Retriever called Ozzy who loves a pat.
The bus stop is 10 mins. Walk and goes directly into the city.
I am also able to have people for a few nights and that can be negotiated.
I would like to share this home with a happy, respectable, clean non smoker.
