Main house is for occupancy. Granny flat available for quiet study, by negotiation. Second bathroom is an en suite in the study/granny flat.
Current resident is a part owner of the house and male Adelaide Uni student.
Car parking available in the front yard or on the street.
Fully air-conditioned house including ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has built in wardrobe. Student desk is still in the shed but available as soon as the room is occupied.
Bedroom 2 does not have built-ins, but free standing wardrobe and chests of drawers.
Lounge (share) has 4 couches, TV.
Kitchen /dining room (share) has crockery, cooking pans, cutlery, table, chairs, electrical appliances. Two fridge /freezers to share. Dishwasher.
Bus in next Street, direct to Salisbury train station. Train to Adelaide from there.
A selection of desks and other furniture is available for the bedrooms.
Computer shown in bedroom 2 is NOT available (used during covid by other owner. )
Ethernet cable to all bedrooms and lounge. WiFi also working throughout the property.
Back verandah with table and couch.
Back lawn recently replanted in large, easy care garden.

This house is set up for students to arrive with personal effects and be able to move in: no extras needed. If you want to supply better quality items, there is storage in sheds for our items. Or store your bulky items in the sheds.
