I have a furnished spare bedroom and the rest of the unit is furnished, bright, clean, colourful & comfortable. Would not suit those who want to move in with their own furniture.
Near the Marden shopping centre, gym, buses, library and swimming pool. Will suit students as it is about 15 mins via direct route buses (174, 178) to the University on North Terrace/city.
Current occupant is employed and has great positive experience with international students/housemates. Looking for an easy going person (sorry no couples) who is happy to share fortnightly cleaning duties, respectful of privacy and also aware of health & safety practices as per house rules.
