The landlord is well experienced (hosted 50+ international students over last 14 years) friendly, supportive and is happy to consider all applications for this great fully furnished home with everything you need with all bills included.

Choice of two rooms in the house(4x4. 5 and 2x4 meters) with great views of the leafy yard, offered at above rate based on one person occupancy. Rooms available from January 2021 but can be inspected in person or via video chat. If you need to move earlier arrangements can be made. Short stays may be considered at an additional charge pending application. Suitable specially for international students. Housemates are to share cleaning duties of common areas(bathroom, hallway, kitchen etc. ) and maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness.

Flexible arrangements can be made for each individual case if proven to be a suitable candidate with reliable background check and contactable referees. Please don't jump to ask for an inspection if you have not emailed or called with basic information about yourself and verify you are a genuine candidate and not hold racial and religious prejudices and make sure you have realistic expectations! This is a house of harmony and peace.

All bills (water, electricity, gas and NBN internet) are included. House is double brick and fully ceiling insulated so temperature is steady in winter and summer. Continues hot water so you never run out in middle of shower.

All furniture is provided for each room including queen size bed, large wardrobes, desk, drawers and bookshelves. You can move the arrangements as you wish to create a homey feeling for yourself.

Kitchen comes with gas stove, all the kitchenware and appliances you need including rice cooker, blender, espresso coffee maker, two fridges and even TV. The house has been the home for many happy students over the last few years.

Applicant must be able to communicate well and be happy, friendly, trustworthy, clean and responsible. No illigal drugs, intoxication, smoking, bullying, racism, bigotry or any prejudice tolerated in the house. Peace and privacy of all housemates is to be respected. Current lovely and friendly housemates are one mature male IT Postgraduate (his Wife and child in India) and a local female Masters Architecture student. .

Public transport with multiple bus stops and Islington train station(for just a 7 min ride to City or Mawson lakes campuses! ) located very close to the house as well as shops including Kmart, Coles, Aldi and Costco. Walk across the road to newly opened KFC, HJ and McDonald's open 24 hrs. Lovely large back yard opens to a private reserve with half a soccer pitch for those who love nature and exercise. Garden beds available for those who want to grow some vegetables.
