We have a large spacious upstairs room with separate kitchenette we have a large garden with a pool and are 2 minute walk to bus stop into city or beach. We are a 10 minute walk from the beach. The room has built in wardrobe, with floor length mirror, carpeted, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, Queen bed with linen, Dressing table, desk and chair. There is a upstairs lounge room which is available for use also.
