A large room in an established furnished and friendly household house with all amenities is available for a quiet and studious female postgraduate student for up to 12 months or longer by negotiation. The current occupant is a mature aged professional female and will consider undergraduate students on a case by case basis.

The house is close to buses into the city (takes 20-25 mins) and there are many shops just around the corner including supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, Asian, Indian, Halal, and African grocers and all other shops that you need are a 5 mins walk.
