The house is tastefully furnished and has a large private back yard. The male post grad student who holds the lease has a Staffordshire terrier. The house is very near Main North Road shops and bus routes, it's about 15 minutes by bus to the city. There are two toilets but only one bathroom. The house is large with a lounge, dining room and laundry. 3 Bedrooms have very big built in cupboards for storage, a desk and bedside table, a bed with bedding. The 4th bedroom is larger but it has a chest of drawers and plenty of open shelving. Please do not arrange to view the house if you are not serious about showing up.
