3-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Hardys Road

SAFETY is a high priority & strictly enforced: both house & potential house-mates. Owner lives @ premise and will be the policeman.

Up to 2 rooms are available for an easy going FEMALE to share a house @ Hardys Rd, Torrensville 5031. For students, only 5 km to city & bus stop in front of Universities.

The house is close to all facilities;
 only 15 minutes to the city by BUS: 2 separate route,
 only 5 minutes walk to a shopping complex, faster with a bike & have a spare.

The house is FULLY-furnished, including bed, wardrobe, table, washing machine & fridge.

It is quite, clean & homely.

Prefer to share with a Female Asian Students, 1 person per room & strictly NO couple. The rent is $100 or $110 per week, PLUS expenses: gas, electricity, water & internet, totaling approx. $25/week, depending on usuage.

Every few weeks, my 10 years old son comes over.

I am a registered Homestay & have a ‘Child-Related Employment Screening - Cleared’.
