I have a beautiful large home in Glenelg East- a short 5-10 minute walk to the tram stop at Glenelg which takes you all the way into the city.

The room is fully furnished/ as is the house. We have comfortable heating, shared bathroom at the end of the house and a backyard to enjoy the sunshine once summer comes around.

We all live in this home together, it is a quiet home (definitely not a social, party house) so we are looking for someone who does keep mainly to themselves and here to focus on their study.
