ABOUT THE ROOM
Room 1 - This rarely spacious room (>17sqm) features a queen size bed & mattress, study desk & chair, large built in robe with lots of storage space and a separate entrance to the room from outside. There will be also plenty of room if you wish to bring your own furniture. Both external & internal doors are lockable from outside and in. The room also comes with an undercover car port.

Room 2 - The room whilst small (10sqm approx) comes fully furnished with a single bed & mattress, study desk & chair and last but not least spacious built in robe providing lots of storage space. Door is lockable from both outside & in.

This 4 bedroom (1 bathroom, 2 car parks) house is situated in the stunning suburb of Marden which is just over 4km North East of Adelaide CBD. Some of its features include:

• 600m from Marden Shopping Centre with everything you need at your fingertips - Woolworths, Asian Grocery, KFC, Dan Murphy, chemist, hairdressers, fitness centre, etc

ABOUT US
We are a couple of working professionals who own the property and rent each room out individually (we live nearby but not in the house). We used to live in a shared house so we understand the good and bad that come with it. We love meeting new people and always aim to create a comfortable and safe environment for all housemates.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES
The house will be shared amongst other students ⁄ professionals who we have done reference check on and we also have agreed house rules amongst everyone so rest assured you will be sharing with like-minded people. We are looking for responsible & clean housemates with mature personality to form a friendly (but not a party house! ) and comfortable living arrangement. You will be sharing with 2 females & 1 male in their 20s/early 30s; all are friendly, clean and quiet. We're hoping to complete the house with someone with the same mindset.

• Each person has a designated (and spacious) storage area in the kitchen and other areas of the house;
• Monthly cleaning service (for common areas) and outdoor maintenance are provided and included in the rent;
• Gas, water, electricity and internet (ADSL 2 unlimited) have been connected. All there is to do is move in!
