Hello ☺,
The house is a 3 min walk to the bus stop, a 10 min walk to Paradise interchange, so 12 min to the city depends where you are going.
We are close to local shops and banks, the house is in a crescent so is relatively quiet, perfect for focus on study.
It's a beautiful town's house, spacious with lot's of light.
It's 2 stories; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a small living area are upstairs, kitchen, dining, main living room + w/c are downstairs.
Perfect set up for privacy. Big back yard with a small veggie garden and a bbq.
Residents: Helen is the mum of the house and Mel, the daughter and a uni student as well.
We are Australian with a Greek background and love our Mediterranean cuisine.
We have 2 beautiful male cats, Romeo 3 years old and Caesar 1. 5/ so no cat allergies I hope.
