The university security shuttle is able to drop you off straight to the door on nights where you might be studying late and don't want to walk home, and there's also secure bike parking.

RESTRICTIONS: The property is titled under NRAS and you as an individual must be earning less than $30,000 a year (exact figure will be confirmed soon). You must also be either working or studying in the city, or planning to. The income limit goes up to around $70,000 when renewing the lease so perfect for students or recent graduates who are looking for work alongside or after study.

The lease runs until the 14th of December after which you have the flexibility to renew.
