Looking for a student or worker, male or female, to occupy a lovely medium size room.

The medium size room is $150 per week plus expenses, about $20-$30 a week depending on usage.

The room is available now.

The house is close to public transport, eg. Buses on Henley Beach Road going to the city in Currie and Grenful Street. There are also buses going along Ashley Street to the city on North Terrace.

From the house, it is a short walk to the bus stop. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city, depending on the hour of day. Peak periods may take up to fifteen/twenty minutes.

The house is walking distance to the bus stop, shops/Foodland, banks, post office, cafes, etc. On Henley Beach Road.

The house is close to the city and the beach. It is a big house with a garden/vegetable garden for who so ever likes to grow vegies. It has a lot of fruit trees as well.

Everyone helps out in keeping the house, inside and outside, neat and clean for the enjoyment and safety of everyone. So you must be a neat and clean person and be happy sharing the cleaning and gardening.

I try and make this house an enjoyable place to be in, so your co-operation is necessary.

I am a mature, friendly, working female. I am looking for a respectful person (towards other people and the house). You will be sharing the house with me and a couple.
