4-bedroom shared house / townhouse, Durant Road

At the moment there is the room Study bedroom $155 per week with a wardrobe wall and a king single bed. The Hall bedroom with queen bed $160 for one person $210 for two persons has a desk, chair, dressing table and wardrobe. All the utilities are included in the rent as well as internet. It is a large house with open area for lounge and dining and the kitchen is very big, there is a small outside verandah (for smokers outside only), and a large back yard. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom and a laundry with washing machine. There is also a reserve across the road and a shopping area at the end of the street on the corner with Doctor and Pharmacy, several eateries and a small supermarket, the bus also leaves from there Days Road and also on Regency Road to the city and Port Adelaide stop 18 Days Road, it is also on the 300 route stop 18 Regency road
It is located very close to Regency TAFE if students need to attend some classes there as well (LeCordon Bleu and ICHM).
The house has everything you need to cook, clean and be comfortable. This is a great share house, I am sure you will like living in it.
