Everything is provided for you - all you need to do is unpack and enjoy your stay. We will also take you on your first shopping trip and show you all of the facilities close to the residence... Quiet and secure, the residence is located within 20 - 25 minutes by Bus (from Stop 4a at Beauchamp Street or Stop 4a at South Road) to North Terrace in the City, 30 - 35 minutes by Bus/Tram to the beach at Glenelg and is very close to the Kurralta Park Shopping Centre, Ashford Hospital, Adelaide Airport and main road public transport corridors.

An Agreement Period of at least one Semester is required.

Bedroom 3 is available at $185pw (Bond $370).

A Service Charge Allowance of $45pw is included in the Rent for each resident. This Service Charge also includes fortnightly cleaning of the Common Areas of the House.
