Nice quiet location. Very close to shops. Nice sitting area outside. Low maintenance. Own bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Own bathroom with shower and bath. Plenty of living space. Some space for storage, if required. Fairly modern house with nice furnishings (no furnishings in the bedroom). Gas cooking. Happy to have the internet connected with other person. Person would need to be approved by the landlord (via LJ Hooker Gawler).

I am looking for one person to share with me. I am professionally employed and very respectful of other people and their privacy/property. I am active and outside of work I like to go to the gym or go cycling/hiking. I enjoy a nice glass of wine and also love cooking. I am very clean and tidy.
